General Continuing Education Information
South Carolina law requires doctors of chiropractic to obtain 36
hours of continuing education every two years. The current cycle ends
September 30, 2020. Of the 36 required hours of continuing education,
two hours are required in rules and regulations of the SC Board of
Chiropractic Examiners and two hours in risk management which includes,
but is not limited to, boundary or public health issues. A maximum of 18 hours can be taken online.

SCCA Courses and Convention
The SCCA strives to bring quality continuing education to the doctors
of South Carolina. The SCCA Annual Convention gives you the opportunity
to receive up to 32 hours of CE, as well as all 4 of the required State
Board hours.

The South Carolina Board of Chiropractic Examiners is pleased to offer an online examination to obtain the required two (2) hours of continuing education (CE) on South Carolina Rules & Regulations.
