Getting out of the 'crisis hiring' loop, finding the right people, and adequately training them can be the key to achieving the practice of your dreams. Nothing quite like waking up every morning and feeling excited to see patients in your office! The path to achieving this is through proper hiring and training practices. This is why South Carolina Chiropractic Association is providing you with a new CA Power Plus Training Program. You will gain access to 12 Modules that you can go through at your own pace. 

 

Module 1: Basic Principles & History of Chiropractic

Module 2: Team Development 

Module 3: Effective Office Meetings & Administrative Policies 

Module 4: Patient Communication & Starting the Day

Module 5: Money Matters & Patient Management 

Module 6: HIPAA Annual Training

This module can be utilized to fulfill the annual HIPAA training requirement as mandated by the law. However, it's crucial to understand that the annual training is just 1 of approximately 12 requirements that must be met every year to maintain your HIPAA program's current status.

Attending this training and recording that you did so does not ensure your office is HIPAA compliant. It only fulfills the requirement for the doctor and staff to attend an annual HIPAA training. More information on what is necessary for HIPAA and other compliance laws will be provided in future modules.

Module 9: Coding, CPT, Insurance, Etc. 

Module 10: Insurance Terminology

Module 11: Top 10 Reasons Claims Get Denied

Module 12: Medicare & Anatomy
