*Onsite registrations will then be taken on Saturday and Sunday.
There are no discounts for one day registrations.
Continuing Education
Attendees will receive CE credits for sessions they attend during the Forum. Attendance will be monitored in accordance to the SC Board of Chiropractic Examiners.
Refunds and cancellations: Cancellations received after February 12, 2018, will not receive a refund. A credit may be applied to a future Philosophy Forum or SCCA membership dues. Cancellations must be in writing.
